Hi all. Today I downloaded a very useful article about post meal spikes. All the references to sugar levels are in American units and I have not yet got my head round them. I ordered a PDF conversion chart from Diabetes UK (online) but all I got was the NICE targets. I know what they are, in mmol/l - that isnt the problem. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the conversion chart, preferably online rather than printed.

Thanks everyone! The divide by 18 will be useful on the go. Chart safely saved in a Word doc. :)
