Cool packs for travelling with insulin

We're off on holiday in June and this is the first time I've had to think about the insulin.

I'm after some suggestions/recommendation for a good cooler or system to keep the unused insulin cool enough and something to keep the insulin in use from overheating when we get to our destination.

Anyone able to offer some help or advise?

Personally, within the UK, I don't take any special equipment, just keep insulin in the shade, away from radiators, engines etc. Overseas, in tropical regions, I take a steel vacuum flask filled with cool water (or empty for air flights). Much cheaper and more protective against knocks than Frio pouches.

People who are touchy.......feign indignation at the slightest thing. Hypocrites, bullies and cowards.
The Frio pouches are ideal things to use in my experience. Lots of good feedback from many users here and elsewhere.........
