Not really unless you have a couple. I've always been told to take insulin for anything over 15g.

It all really comes down to whether your body tolerates the carb level in the food, or not. And portion size, of course.

Do you have a meter? Can you test them out and see if your blood glucose goes too high after a couple of them?
