OK I have to let this out..
So with us women our hormones go up and down every month and with me during certain times of the month like just after my period my blood sugars go on a mad one and most of the time can be high and about 2 weeks after that my readings then become perfect...so does anyone experience this as well plus it makes me soo depressed to see constant highs during that time

Hey @claire_786 yes I too suffer hormonal issues each month, it's like I just get them under control and then bang hormones change and I'm running high again, it's 1 week on, 3 weeks off. I used to get down about it and now I just up my basal by about 30% and take correction doses when necessary, apart from that there isn't anything else I can do. I remember once being told by a GP that it was nonsense that my hormones would affect my bg control, I think I told him to try walking in my shoes on that one.. If it's some comfort you're not alone ;)
