Congratualtions!
Loke the others have said, call the hospital today, and get some help.
I have 2 healthy children, but I can honestly tell you that it was a lot of hard work during pregnancy. Your insulin requirements change a great deal. I can't tell you how much, because, not only is it different for everyone, it is was different for me each pregnanacy. Ketones are very bad for the baby, and need to be sorted out now.
Don't panic, just give them a call..and prepare to spend a lot of time going to appointments for the next 8 months. Each day you leave it is vital, so please, do somethingthis afternoon.
All teh best, and stay in touch!
It is so worth it though!
