Morning all!
So this morning, I've woken up with all the symptoms of DKA. My breathing is strained and has that 'burning' feeling. My arms and legs are tired, heavy and somewhat shaky. My head is muffled and I keep zoning out and I'm seriously thirsty.
So naturally I tested my blood sugars and then for ketones. Nothing. My levels are actually only 9.0 (162 for those using mg/dl). Nothing to panic about really, and absolutely no ketones.
I just feel so dang high.
Any ideas what's going on? I've been diagnosed for 18 years with type one, and never had anything like the before...
