Diabetic Nerve pain and Acupuncture

Does anyone know if Acupuncture is helpful and good for Diabetic Nerve Neuropathy does it help? Angela T

I used to have horrible neuropathy in my left foot. Nerve damage had been caused by a back operation and the diabetes saw an opportunity and ran away with it! It was worse at night and I'd be up all night crying with the pain. I started the LCHF diet and almost overnight the pain stopped. I now only get it when I've had too many carbs.

I don't know if acupuncture would help your neuropathy, but I've used it for other problems with good results.
