I can say for sure that Diabetes unfortunately is not a recognised condition that allows automatic disability benefit. If you have difficulty with mobility and day to day care then you'll have to prove how much they hinder you in your day to day activities.

Yh it's just I work all the hours under the sun an coz the csa are taking most of my money I carnt afford to get much shopping an it affecting my diabties

If you weear a uniform for work you can claim up to 6 years tax relief for this.

Diabetes is not a disability you need to look at going on to gov uk websites for tax credits, etc...

Have a chat with your local Citizens Advice, they are very good at offering advice on such matters.
