Anyone else tried these products? I've found that the Apple and rasin porridge does not wreck BG levels. Copule of mornings that I've used them the 2 hour readings have been 7 and 7.5. Also the Tasty Fruit and Fibre has produced similar results. Quite close to the 7.7 - 8.8 guidelines.
Possibly worth a try.
Just had an evening meal of cauli/broccoli in a cheese sauce together with a portion of sweet pots. BG levels were 10.8 !!! what I thought was a healty option does not appear to be.. so wont be doing that again. Thank God for testing!

Hi Franky,

The apple and raisin sounds like it may be sweet, i.e added sugars. I can tolerate a small bowl of scotch porridge oats and stay below 7 on the 1 hour mark. I eat sweet potatoes too, but don't have a problem with them as I eat a smaller portion and bulk my meal out with veg, so try eating a little less and you should see a improvement.
