Dress Colour Debate

I'm sure most of you would have seen the above "News" debate on the colour of this dress and I was wondering what the people here are seeing.

For the record, I see a white dress with beige trimming. I concede that the dress may be a pale "duck egg blue" and that I am seeing optical brightness but royal blue - no way!

I saw this being discussed on TV earlier and it was blue/black and in this pic it's sky blue and gold. Thoroughly confused
