dried fruit & nuts

    as a sweet replacement are driecd raisins & nuts any good? i still have night time munchies -- what do y :( ou think?

    Hi kreacher,

    It's definitely the healthier option, but you might need to approach dried fruit like raisins and sultanas with caution as they are relatively high in sugar. Testing after eating is the only way to know how they affect you personally.

    In small amounts and mixed with high-fibre nuts, they probably won't be too big a problem.
