A glass a night until the bottle is empty so 5 or 6 nights, then I leave at least a full week clear until I open the next one

All I know is that when I was first diagnosed back in 2014 my lovely nurse told me to have a glass every evening with a meal but NOT to treat it as a diabetes medication! I have a couple of glasses every evening, one before I eat as an aperitif, and one after.
