I still have not heard re my driving status have declared Hypos and had the medical with GP as requested but have never needed help GP said 3.9 is not really classed as hypo anyway hope the DVLA medical officer agrees
 
Hi there. I am guessing that as you are declaring to the dvla you are type 1? As far as I am aware having hypos is not a reason for them to not allow you to drive and you should hear back from them soon. It took an age for mine to come back when I declared as type 1 and now I have to re-apply every 3 years!

Also, I think anything below a 4 is officially a hypo but I don't feel them until I get below 3.
