I take a salad in everyday. Nice and easy to prepare in the morning.

Hya Treacle. welcome. I don't work, but if I'm going out for the day I do take a pack lunch with me, at least that way I know what I'm eating. I do low carb diet so I cook up some chicken the night before. make a salad, piece of fruit maybe a few nuts to nibble on for later in afternoon.

I'm sure you'll get plenty of ideas from other members too.

Ditto, nice and easy for my OH to prepare for me in the morning  I just mix up what I have with it, chicken, ham, prawns etc to keep it interesting.
