hi ive gone back on to my ecig
today and was wondering
as anybody experienced
ecigs effecting there blood sugar
as the eliquids are food colourings
and flavourings any feed would be great

I gave up a four pack a day habit cold turkey, it is the only way of stopping the nicotine craving.

It will be 26 years when I stopped smoking in July this year.

Yes I did it that way 12 years ago after smoking for over 40 years I knew I would never loose the nicotine craving if I used the nicotine aids and would eventually start to smoke again I wanted it out of my system as soon as possible
