Energy and Posture

This is going to seem a little out there but bear with me:

Have you ever noticed that due to the often messed up energy levels that we have, you slouch a lot? i.e. you're so tired you can't stand straight? I have, for quite a while, and it really seems to have messed up my posture. I slouch by default now. Anyone else experience this?

No. I haven't noticed. Had 3 sets of tennis yesterday. I was playing on asphalt rather than our usual astraturf, & my legs suffered some discomfort, but I haven't had posture or energy problems.

Since reducing my carb intake, I've had much more energy. Before I was very prone to sleepiness.

Now that I've lost 3 inches off my waist, I'm going for a six-pack.

So I won't be so much slouching as throwing some shapes :D

Knowing you, you'll be throwing a fit rather than shapes. But I must congratulate you. You have gone 24 hours without self diagnosing another diabetes related complication.

Keep taking the pills.

Very impressed, Eddie

LOL Eddie, I just ordered some weights so you can expect a pounding from a diabetic soon, which in a way is a complication of being diabetic :D

(I joke of course, I'm a big softie really)
