I wonder if anyone has any ideas about food or drinks that can give you aboost of energy/ pick you up at times when you feel exhausted but have eaten your meal quota.....without affecting your blood sugar levels too much (ie sending them sky high!) .There are after all occassions when ones had a meal and feels weary but knows there are many jobs to be done. I know its a balancing act between the sugars carbs and work-exersize but are there tricks to keeping it all stable with the help of a 'tonic booster' for want of a better way of putting!!. [I know lucazade is a NO!]
