Erratic BG!!

    Just as a matter of interest, here is what happened this morning. After a night drinking too much starchy beer (I've already birched myself - don't worry), I had a BG reading (on my machine!) of 8.6 this morning. Had some breakfast, which was just omelette with cheese and ham, and then went for a walk. Two hour postprandial read 6.0!!

    All thoughts welcome. It might have been influenced by the dawn phenomenon I experienced before this.

    No idea why as I'm not that skilled at Bg reading yet but ...

    Just found myself singing " Don't worry, be happy!" :D
