Hi all,
Just a quick one - I've recently started going to the gym which has been excellent for my Diabetes - already reduced my levemir dose as a result of the increased exercise.
However..... Usually when I do a spat of exercise I'm very conscious that my levels go down, yet on two occasions now it's gone up. Is that normal?
This morning I went to the gym and before I started I tested and was 6.1 - perfect. After the work-out I was 9.0. Following this I had something to eat and compensated with a bit extra novorapid but is this reaction normal?
Thanks for any advices.
Dave
