I'm T2 insulin dependent. I've been really conscious of maintaining good levels for 5 or 6 weeks since I got a Dexcom one+. Yesterday I inadvertently went for a very long walk (10 miles... usual for me is probably 3). It was strenuous and my muscles ache today.
I had a hypo on the walk, and a hypo at 1am this morning. Since waking I'm stuck around 12.
Insulin doesn't appear to want to work today.
Is this normal the day following strenuous exercise, and is my body up to some weird recovery science?
