Came accross my old expert meter while clearing out a drawer and also had a pot of strips for it so after using it for a day or so I wonder whyever they stopped this its just so good everything in one place ie no separate app needed to record bgs and the insulin needed all just tip top oh I wish I had more strips

Hello, I still use mine and find it invaluable as a machine that does everything. I still manage to continue to get my strips on prescription from my GP and I would so lost if they were stopped. Couldn’t you find out if you could get them again from your GP?

I have one.. used to like it.. biggest drawback was getting the data off it... I can understand why they want to go the app route its easier to update the app

But to be honest I think accucheck has lost interest in the UK market.. when you co pare the rubbish they offer us with that offered in other countries
