BG 6.7 - Ketones (as measured by breath where 0.5 is nothing and 40 is dangerous) - 4.5 (so, meaning appreciable but low level Ketosis, or low blood insulin, ie, the Glucose in my blood is there because my Liver made it...)
After a half hour Paddleboarding

Breakfast,
2 High meat content Sausages, 3 rashers of Bacon, 2 eggs, fried in Butter. Chunk of Brie. Coffee and a couple of pieces of 85% chocolate.
Lovely.
