Just noticed higher fasting blood glucose levels the more I made Huel part of my diet over time. Even with the Huel Black edition. Not sure that I trust the macros they state on their product. Or it might just be the way my body processes it. But certainly seems to benefit me eating more real food. Each to their own though.
