Hi guys just to let you know I haven't fallen off my exercise bike lol, I have just been feeling a bit run down lately. As soon as I feel I am firing on all cylinders I will back logging my progress ;)

The three exclamation marks do make it seem a little insane, but I just enjoy plodding along. I do find your regimen terrifying. I'm not sure what all your exercises are but it seems as though they involve doing exercise whilst in an odd position! There is a peacefulness in moving through the landscape in the early morning, thinking about other stuff. All of a sudden you have finished.
Good luck, it takes all sorts to make a world.

I only started again when covid closed the gym. I hadn't run at all for 20 years plus since I gave up rugby in my early 30s. That was when I kept on eating as though I was training twice a day and put on 8 stones over the next few years. A year of walking twice a day and eating like I do now got rid of all the extra weight and I can now train like I used to in my 20s. Never too late.
