Just had to say how happy I am with my progress.
Last month I would forget to have the insulin for my meals... I didn't test often enough because it scared me to see high blood sugars and I was just generally being an idiot.
I finally decided I'd had enough and now I feel better than I have in years. I now have waking blood sugars between 5-6, post meal sugars of 7-8 and plenty in the day that are coming up at acceptable figures
I have done this purely by putting reminders on my insulin pump for missed boluses and also bg checks.
I am no where near perfect but I feel that I finally have my life back on track and diabetes doesn't control me now.
All this in a little over a month!! Yay!!
