Hi everyone

(oh if this is on the wrong board feel free to move it wasnt sure where to post it)

Ok have been low carb high fat for some time and have lost almost 4 stone which is great however my gallbladder and hernia are painful and therefore I am having to reconsider

today these are my stats for intake

Calories (kcal) 1002
Protein (g) 92.3
Carbohydrate (g) 23.3
Fat (g) 59.5
Fibre (g) 10.9
Fruit & Veg 2.8
Water (litres) 3.0

I know for calories its too low as am 23 st 8 lbs and dietitian says need to be around 1800 but have had enough protein I believe and carbs are ok for me and fats risky going higher with gallbladder

Now please understand this is day one of new plan of trying to find right balance of carbs and fats and protein for not just my gallbladder but my diabetes so lots of testing coming up over next few weeks

I truly want to be eating raw and natural as much as possible

Monday am buying some raw milk to test my reactions both physically on blood sugars and in terms of gut/gallbladder

any suggestions what I can add

aiming for about 30% protein, 30% carbs and 40% fat and hoping thats an ok balance for my body but accept might still need to lower my fats further

it truly is going to be trial and error

Thanks for reading and hopefully we can get some ideas going
