i just like ask about if anyone has had been fined more than once for not renewing exemption cert. this follows on from my last post . I was told i had to pay for a prescription i had 3 months ago and i'm wonder if there could be more chargers in the post for the last 30 years ..No one told me as a 12 tear old child it was my responsibility. now (53 ) No one ever asked. i have my prescription delivered this got me off of the fine as i don't tick any boxes because i never see the persecution
