Fitness Tracker ?

    Would you recommend a Fitness Tracker for a diabetic ?
    if so how accurate are they ?

    I don't think it's a question of whether you are diabetic or not. Do you need some sort of motivation to exercise? Something to enable you to keep tabs on what you are doing? If you do then they may help. If you have a recent smartphone then odds are that it already has one.

    Ultimately, they are accurate enough. The question is really about how much use and benefit you'll get out of it.

    I have a Garmin Vivosmart
    It certainly motivates you to move more
    Linked with myfitnesspal and my other Garmin equipment (cycle computer etc) it tracks most of my movements evaryday
