Type1 suffering the flu. Never really been ill since being diagnosed with T1 in 2007. Read all the info about illness and blood sugars but omg.. I’m really struggling it constantly up around 15 even if I go to bed and it say 8 by morning it 15 or 16, I’m trying to eat little amounts and drinking plenty but I’m totally floored, had it since Thursday, I took some soup at lunch with around 30g carbs and my bs was 7.2 so I took 5 units of insulin.. 3 hours later it’s back to 15.2 again, I just took some more insulin to get it down but this is a nightmare, any ideas anyone. Thanks
