Whether someone is following you or clicking on your profile to see your posts is no difference really it's just down to interpretation.I think it's a horrible, creepy feature that has no place on a forum like this. If we are interested in what a particular person posts - which is why I assume the feature is incorporated - then why can't we just click on their profile and just check their posts?
You can 'Undo Rating' - button on bottom right hand side of original post, above 'Report' and then give correct rating.Oops just gave you a medal @britishpub meant to give you a "funny"
I agree. I have been put off posting sometimes because a mod is following me. I could say more but won't, I don't like being in the naughty corner. What I find really scary is one of the mods following me. I don't know why so I'm still scared as to what I am doing wrong. I don't mind if it's people who I've either tried to help or who have tried to help me but a mod? I think I would have liked a reason why they are following me.
I have to confess I use follow for the enjoyment of my news feed. I visit it everyday. I follow people who I'm interested in for either progress or I feel has knowledge I need. Hope I don't offend anyone. The only time I've noticed this feature working is if I've accidentally clicked on the "My News Feed" button that used to be on the main list of options, but now takes an extra step to find. Then I'd get posts from people I'm following show up. Other than that, it seems pretty useless to me.
I can't see your newsfeed just like you can't see my newsfeedI never think to look at newsfeed. I guess that could be a useful feature.
Is newsfeed visible to all, or just the individual member?
