Hi
I'm not diabetic but I have very bad feet pain because of autoimmune disease.
My feet looks normal but inside I feel burning and squeeze.
It's neuropathy or strong fibromyalgia.

I going to try some gel or creame, now I only take pregabalin or cannabis witch are good but not enough..
Did you use lidocaine 4-5% or capsaicin (Zostrix) ?

Thanks for any answer.

I can't have it often
I tried Zostrix which is a capsaicin based cream when I had burning toes due to PN. It worked ok once I got used to the cream. I don't use it any more as my PN is not too bad since I got my blood sugar in control. I do take R-ALA supplements though which have a record of being helpful.

FootPain,
Have you had an actual diagnosis of your condition(s) from your GP ?
