Foot Pain

Tonight I was woken by a sharp, stabbing pain in my foot, just below the left toe, on the surface of the foot not underneath. It seemed to be in the skin, since walking around had no effect on the pain, but rubbing the area made it tingle slightly, although not go away. It went on for some time, every few seconds. Has anyone a similar issue, and did you find a solution? I did a blood test, and my level was 3.1

Hi sweet3x.

Could be absolutely anything, maybe nothing to worry about at all. We all get twinges and pains sometimes.
Have a look here for excellent advice about Foot Pain and when you should seek Medical Advice from a Podiatrist.

Hope that helps.

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Remember diabetics can self refer to podiatrists.

Thanks :)
It was just blinking annoying. I took a painkiller in the end, and listened to the radio until I slept. My other half told me when I got up that I'd been twitching my foot all night, keeping him awake lol
