After my lesson yesterday in understanding FreesStyle libre graphs in my thread 'FreesStyle libre graphs on mobile phone' I have a question.....
How do people use the graphs for foods which they've eaten?
And 'holds head in shame' can you use them for example if you're having alcohol beverages during the evening or are you best scanning during the evening?
