A couple of my friends suffer from Fibromyalgia, one lent me the book What Your Doctor May Not Tell You about Fibromyalgia by R.Paul St. Amand, MD and Claudia Craig Marek. Chapter 6: Hypoglycemia, Fibroglycemia and Carbohydrate Intolerance. There are distinct overlapping symptoms between the two conditions.... that's all I can really contribute on the subject, the book may provide some answers for you.
