Gastroparesis

I have been having diziness and vomiting my blood glucose always over 10 myy healt
h care decide to put me on insulin and now my BG is normal. I am still once in while
e get diziness though not serious as before. This usually is preceded by noise in my ear. What is all this?

There can be a link between gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying) and diabetes but gastroparesis can also be caused by other medical conditions. However, it is for doctors and not members of this forum to diagnose members medical issues. We are not qualified to make diagnoses.
