Woke up, blood sugar was 14, feeling rubbish, massive argument with the other half so I can only imagine how high my bloods will be when I get to work!! 14 hour day today so it's just going to be one of those days!!!!

...After you get home from your job , done a lovely candle lit meal, some soft music & a rose petal bath.
