At 22 grams of sugar per 100... It's not as bad as I would've expected, with caramelised almonds and fudge in there, actually. But still a bridge too far for me.
I wouldnt call this good for diabetics. But OK as a treat, I suppose. Its certainly not a food which would be helpful or have a positive effect on blood sugar levels.
