Hiya,
Not sure if this is where to post but i really needed to tell somebody this because to be honest i haven't been this happy in years.
It looks as if i'm finally getting control of my blood sugar
. I've been diabetic for three years and have always had bad control. I've had issues with hypos and injecting and generally accepting my diabetes, and i was running really high. Regullary in the 20's. After many people telling me off and motivating me (namely my boyfriend) i decided to get my act in gear and carb count and take my insulin properly and eat better.
For the past few weeks my bloods have been running 4-8 usually below 10. I don't have headaches anymore and i'm happier in myself. After three years this is a huge relief, and i know it's only been a few weeks and theres along way to go, but i just had to tell somebody.
