Good news! Thank you everyone

    I had my first blood test after diagnosis and heard back from the surgery today


    12/08/2021, the results were 8.7%/72

    03/12/2021, 5.8%/40

    I’m so chuffed and thank you so much for the encouragement. More than the advice on this forum, I had the motivation to not take meds and take on low carb because I’ve seen so many others on here do it. Reading the stories on here gave me the push and determination to live a healthier lifestyle!

    Congratulations. That’s fantastic. Your dates and readings are almost identical to mine.

    I too did this without medication and know how hard it is. It’s a big lifestyle change, and I couldn’t have done it without the support and information on this site.
