There's a new website all in English, starting in April called www.lowcarbhealthyfat.com is going to be a mix of lchf nutritionists and other people writing about food and health.

 

Thanks Modesty 007. I'm newly diagnosed type 2 (6 weeks) and the first trial and error diet I have tried is the HFLC diet. Its just been such a help in getting my BG down, but I need more info to feel convinced that it wont be detrimental to my slightly raised cholesterol level. Thanks again .

 

Have a good look at the website, it's such a shame I can direct you to all nice blogs with stories from D2 patients in Sweden, most of them have been able to come of meds.
