Nhs podiatry here in Gloucestershire and how lovely it was ,even though I was 10 mns late due to traffic was greeted with a smile . She then gave my feet a thourough check as have a small sore spot at edge of big toe nail ,she delighted me by noting my feet were the best she had seen for some time giving me advice on nails in general best of which was "dont cut your nails but instead file them weekly with a diamond type podiatry file " wow sooo happy especially as like most nhs podiatry care nails are excluded from the care they are supposed to give ,so to those lovely folk who go the extra mile for the patients a very big thankyou
