Ive done my 1st blood sugar by myself today , hubby usually does it..goo me..when is was diagnosed in January just gone my blood sugar was 18 today it 6.8 I must be doing some thing right...whoooo

yes Karen I have ..I used to have maybe 2 cans of coke a day ..now I don't drink it at all cut out sweets, pop, sugar in my tea, don't eat bread I bought a actifry and most food goes in the oven..and I go for long long walkes maybe 3 times a week
