I find my own pharmacy very helpful [they are not a Lloyds branch], but I feel strongly that the fact that a pharmacy chain is offering a diabetes management support service just shows where the NHS services are letting people down

Re: Has anyone checked out the Lloyds pharmacy diabetes serv
You're right, it really does show that the NHS is letting people down massively. I hate hearing that people are diagnosed and just left to 'get on with it' without any advice or guidance.

Re: Has anyone checked out the Lloyds pharmacy diabetes serv
hi, i recently used lloyds for a cholesterol check and they were great, i spoke to the lady who did my blood test about the diabetes and my "skeme" for tackling it and she was a little surprised at my high fat diet statement but basically said keep doing what your doing, which was exactly what the dn says so.....
Re: Has anyone checked out the Lloyds pharmacy diabetes serv
I saw it advertised but I receive good care from my local diabetes centre, and would never consider going to Lloyds. Obviously others experiences arn't the same however, which explains why they are doing it.
