Testing 2 hours after eating, I have always done so after finishing my meal but I just heard that you should test 2 hours after the first bite..
Which is correct ?..
Some say 90 mins. Some do it at 1 hr and 2hr and evening 3 hrs.
Consistency is probably the most important thing. But most people do test 2 hrs after starting as this is when the insulin response begins to be triggered.
