Have you experienced depression, anxiety or any other mental illness?

Diabetes UK are looking for people with either Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes to come along for an informal chat to talk about your experiences of diabetes care.

Is there any chance you can do research outside the London area as well. There is a vast area outside of London with valid opinions which appear to be going unheard ?

I am an active DUK member by the way.
