For about a week , any suggestions that wont spike my sugars
Scrambled eggs, omelette, mashed cauliflower, minced beef or lamb, salmon, corned beef, low carb homemade soups, beef or chicken broth
For a week, three times a day...
Obviously lunch would be Camembert @Tipetoo

My mum use to make steamed eggs - beaten eggs, seasoning of your choice and it’s similar texture to jelly or egg pudding but warm.
You can do steamed mince meat or you can do slow cooked meat.
Stir fry veg - I guess over cooked so quite soft and mushy
Tofu is pretty good, the silken kind.
