Hba1c result today...yay!

Just got the result of last week's first hba1c review.

14 January: 63 (7.9%)

30 April: 38 (5.6%)

Woohoo! 38!

LCHF T2 veggie on 500mg metformin (increased to 1000g just yesterday to try to reduce waking bg)
