Hello all forum members, I joined the forum today, thought to join to share some experiences as a diabetes patient. I am T2 diabetes for the past 15 years, the medication I use is metformin 850 mg.

Hi Cor and welcome to the forum.
I too take Metformin but attribute most of my success in control to the low carb diet I follow. Do you use a specific diet as well?
