Hello everyone. I’m new here. My mom has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She’d really like to control it with natural supplements (as much as possible). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Wow, SarahQ, sounds like you've had a bad experience with natural supplements. I know they don't work for everyone, but I still gotta think they're worth a try.

Rude people! Not being able to do the things I want to do.
I've been using powdered cinnamon, about a teaspoonful on my weetabix in the morning, that does seem to lower BS a bit. They also reckon that taking Thiamine helps.I have been taking vit B complex tab every day as well.I don't know if these things are helping but I am managing to keep my BS below 7mmol/L most days. Also read Carefix's "The cure" links in "Links for type 2 at top of "Discussions "page he advocates the use of oils to help.
