Hello there. I just want to thank you all for helping me deal with @Robbieswan 's attacks. As suggested, I have created my own account.

Welcome!! I too am very impressed.

Partners and families are so often forgotten at times like this - but they all need as much support as the person with diabetes.

Jump in and join us whenever you need to ask anything, or just need a bit of support. :)

Welcome, @Mrsrobbieswan. I am an insulin-dependent T2, but I also care for my mom who is a T2 controlled so far by D&E along with oral meds.

Welcome aboard, @Mrsrobbieswan . Having your own account will certainly reduce the potential for confusion, and of course, you're likely want to post topics/questions of your own.

Hi, my wife is my main "Go to" person for my T2 Diabetes. Yes the docs/nurses regulate my medication but she keeps me sane and on the reasonably straight and narrow. If you are managing to keep your partner's sugars etc under any good control, well done to you. I know, without my wife, I would not have got to the age of 58 and have survived 28 years of "shooting-up" with Insulin etc.
She has greatly assisted me since we met in 1989 and helped me transition to insulin injections despite my fear of needles, and is the reason why I am still alive and loving life, as well as being the mother of my two beautiful daughters!
    Keep up the good work.
